Whether you're ordering something sweet for yourself, treating someone special or planning a family gathering, we want your experience to be as lovely as the food you choose.

How Ordering Works
1. Choose your favourites
Browse our Food Hall and add your favourite cakes, brownies, cookies, artisan breads or ready meals to your basket.
2. Review your order
Check your quantities, delivery details and any product-specific information before completing checkout.
3. Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
4. Preparation & fulfilment
Food Hall Orders are prepared and fulfilled within 24 hours. Some products may require additional notice or have specific delivery arrangements.
5. Delivery or collection
Your order will be dispatched and delivered. Within 24 Hours
Preparation Times
Our products have different preparation and fulfilment requirements.
- Brownies and cookies: 24 Hours
- Celebration cakes: 24 Hours
- Artisan breads: 48 Hours (Sourdough Variety)
- Ready Meals 24 Hours

Your safety matters to us.
Please review the ingredient and allergen information provided for each product before ordering. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, contact us before purchase so we can provide accurate information about the product and how it is prepared.
Storage & Enjoyment
Each product will come with the relevant storage, shelf-life and preparation information.
Please follow the instructions supplied with your order, particularly for chilled meals and other temperature-sensitive foods.
Problems With Your Order
We want every order to arrive as expected.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page, including your order number and, where possible, photographs.
We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your consumer rights.
Some products that deteriorate quickly or are made to your specifications may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights. Your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
