Seasoned beef is slowly browned, and we add the vegetables, cook them down, and then add the stock and beans and leave it to simmer. Served with freshly cooked rice of your choice.

Ingredients: Brown Rice, Water, Minced Beef, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Red Kidney Beans, Blended Vegetable Oil, Beef Stock, Beef seasoning and black pepper.

All of our dishes are lightly seasoned with a range of spices

All meals arrive chilled, consume within 2 days, or freeze dish and consume within 6 months.
