As the smallest and only artisan producer of Stilton Cheese in the world, their award-winning cheese is handmade, pierced, and matured for nine weeks to achieve a unique tangy and creamy blue Stilton. This Stilton pairs perfectly with celery, pears, and various fruits, making it a gourmet delight for cooking with meats and sauces or enjoying with a bottle of port or red wine.
All of Hartington Stilton cheese is produced in compliance with the strict quality license from the Stilton Makers Association and the Designate Origin UK Protected status. Located in the village of Hartington in the Derbyshire Dales, It is the only place outside of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire permitted to produce Stilton Cheese. Using local milk, our creamery at Pikehall Farm upholds the rich tradition of crafting exceptional Stilton cheese.
