Smudge Stick -White Sage & Lavender 22.5cm

A smudge stick is a bundle of dried herbs, traditionally used in various spiritual and cultural practices to cleanse spaces, objects, or individuals of negative energy. Using a Smudge Stick:

4. Extinguishing: After use, press the smudge stick into the fireproof dish to extinguish it completely.
